A. Click on the Government link near the top of the page. Then select "Department Listing" on the Government menu on the left side of the page.

A. Many departments have their own Frequently Asked Questions area, with department-specific questions and answers. Use the Department Lisitings link on the Home or Government page, select a department, then the FAQs link on the department's home page.
